Nuuday SMS Gateway Documentation

This website documents the Nuuday SMS gateway, used to send short messages to devices through TDC networks.

Access

It is required to have an account to use the API, the accounts are provided by Nuuday.

Credentials and other secret/sensitive information needed to use the SMSC systems properly is provided as a single-use link.

The link provides access to one or more configurations.

Configurations

Each account is able to have several access configurations for sending Short Messages and several virtual number configurations for receiving Short Messages. We call these combined "configurations".

Access configurations have options such as:

  • Multiple credentials for sending messages with.
  • Multiple IP allowlist entries for further security.
  • A limit on how many Short Message segments can be submitted pr time.

Virtual Number configurations have options such as: - The number receiving the Short Messages.

Both types of configurations have further options for delivery of webhook events:

  • The URL for the event delivery.
  • The key used to sign each event delivery in hexadecimal format.

Setting the configuration options is handled by the Nuuday staff.
